International Order of the Rainbow for Girls

“Aunt Bobby”, as our Supreme Inspector, Roberta Boney Myers, is fondly known by New Mexico Rainbow Girls, began her Rainbow life in Las Cruces Assembly #12 where she later served as Worthy Advisor. In 1956-57 she served the Grand Assembly of New Mexico as Grand Worthy Advisor.

She has served as an Advisory Board Member, a Mother Advisor and as a member of the Grand Executive Committee. In 1993 she was appointed by Supreme Worthy Advisor, Mrs. Maragret Kofoed, as Supreme Deputy. “Aunt Bobby” was elected to the House of Gold at the 2000 Supreme Assembly Session in Buffalo, New York and has served as Supreme Inspector since that date. She was appointed by Mrs. Marjorie Wilson, Supreme Worthy Advisor to serve as Supreme Nature 2000-2002. Mrs. Dorothy Brillhart, Supreme Worthy Advisor appointed her to serve as Supreme Patriotism 2004-2006, Mrs. Marie Renda, Supreme Worthy Advisor appointed her as Supreme Immortality 2006-2008, and most recently she was appointed by Mrs. Marilyn Feulner, Supreme Worthy Advisor, to serve as Supreme Religion 2008-2010.

“Aunt Bobby” is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a degree in Elementary Education. She has taught school and been a substitute teacher. She is active in St. Paul’s United Methodist Church and serves on local, district and conference committees for her church. She is a member of Las Cruces Chapter #20, Order of the Eastern Star and is a P.E.O. She is married to Greeley W. Myers and they have two children, Patricia Myers and Greeley R. Myers. Her son and his wife, Carrie, are the parents of her two grandsons, Grant and Nolan.
